I never got a download link?
You should have been provided with a download option right after your purchase within the purchase window aswell as a order confirmation that links you to your order page. And if that isn't enough you should also have get an email with a seperate download link.
If you haven't received it, check your spam mail & if you still haven't got it email info@robinleijon.com
My download attempts ran out, what do I do?
Email info@robinleijon.com and explain your situation, include your order number. Someone from support will reset your order and send you a download link.
I can't unpack my new samples?
This is a known issue for MAC users, we suggest that you try out The Unarchiver.
Otherwise we suggest that you make sure that you're running the latest update of whatever program you use.
My library keeps timing out in demo mode?
Our libraries are built for Kontakt Full, not Kontakt Player. The difference between these products is that Kontakt Player requires a special license in order to use a library with it (because the player is free). We have not made a deal with Native Instruments and therefore do not have these licenses. You must have Kontakt Full in order to use our samples as it was intended, however, the demo mode for Kontakt Player allows you to use the library for fifteen minutes. It is possible to get a great sound in just 15 minutes, save and re-open and then print your work to audio.
